The farmhouse and outbuildings at Gibhill Farm occupy an elevated site close to Shrigley Hall and overlooking the Cheshire Plain.

Having previously restored the farmhouse and demolished outbuildings that were considered unsound or beyond economic repair our clients decided to bring the redundant milking parlour back into use.

The scheme involved the partial reconstruction and the complete re-ordering and refurbishment of the building to create two new apartments (one a fully accessible unit) and a suite of offices, meeting rooms and ancillary accommodation.
